Trochu Baptist Church was founded in 1911. Is has been in the current location for years, with recent renovations and additions. The church seats approx. 180people and has a pastor’s study, a library and 10 available classrooms. The church also has a 4000sqft. fellowship centre. Trochu Baptist Church is the only evangelical church in the town along with a Lutheran, Catholic and United church. The population of Trochu is approx. 1000 but it draws from a much larger surrounding rural population.
